INGREDIENTS

 

– 2 bagels
– 8 pitted black olives
– 1/2 cup vegan cream cheese (100 g)
– 12 basil leaves
– 10 sun-dried tomatoes

DIRECTIONS

 

1. Toast split bagel halves until golden brown.

2. Chop the olives and place them in a bowl with the cream cheese. Mix until well combined.

3. Spread the cheese over the bottom halves of each bagel and add the basil leaves and the tomatoes.

4. Top with remaining bagel halves to make sandwiches.
