INGREDIENTS

 

– 1/4 Cup Almond flour (25g)
– 2 Tbsp Unsweetened coconut flakes
– 1 Tbsp Flax meal
– 1 Tbsp Chia seeds
– 1/2 Tbsp Monkfruit
– 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
– Pinch of salt
– 1/2 Cup Unsweetened vanilla almond milk
– 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS

 

1. In a medium pot, stir together all the ingredients except the milk and vanilla.

2. Add in the milk and vanilla and bring to a boil over high heat.

3. Once boiling, reduce the heat to medium and simmer until it just begins to thicken, about 1 – 1 1/2 minutes. It will thicken a lot as it cools so don’t over cook.

4. Once cooked, let cool for 3-5 minutes.

5. Add toppings and DEVOUR!
