– 1 Cup Crushed ice
– 1/4 Cup Avocado (about 1/2 an avocado or 60g)
– 3 Tbsp Monkfruit, or to taste
– 2 Tbsp Natural creamy peanut butter (Almond butter for paleo)
– 1 Tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
