Most people who are on an Intermittent Fasting schedule opt to break their fast at noon each day, and resume fasting at 8pm. This schedule works well with most people’s daily routine since it’s common to eat lunch around noon and to eat dinner before 8pm.

During your 16 hour fasting period, it’s important that you do not consume anything with calories. Anything you consume that initiates your body’s metabolic process will ultimately reduce the benefits of Intermittent Fasting.
